At Materialise we focus on working with individual clients helping them to design and create amazing quilts and projects that fulfill their desires.
Following is a selection of some amazing projects that our talented and creative clients have made in the store.
Tamara has three gorgeous children Thea, Henry and Hebe. Tamara's first Materialise made quilt was a boho quilt made using a selection of retro car fabrics for her son Henry. Once completed Tamara wasted no time and embarked on this beautiful stripy quilt for Hebe her three year old daughter. Hebe chose most of the fabrics that Tamara has used in her quilt. Tamara designed and made this magnificent quilt during a series of one on one classes over 2 months.

Tamara’s eldest daughter Thea (7) shares her mother's passion for sewing and creating beautiful things with fabric. Thea is learning to sew at Materialise and last week Thea was extremely proud when she made this cute little poppit.

Sally came to Materialise with a beautiful Japanese kimono that had once belonged to her mother. Sally wanted to make a quilt using the kimono to remind her of the times she would see her mother dressed to go out wearing the beautiful kimono that had been given to Sally’s mother by her father in the 1970's.
Sally selected a series of Asian inspired Yuwa fabrics and some silk fabrics that work with the colours of the kimono and combined them to make this stunning boho quilt that takes your breath away.
Kylie who also has three little girls recently visited Materialise and fell in love with the patchwork tutu we have on display in the store. Kylie attended a two hour class last Thursday evening and went home with this fun tutu for her eldest daughter. She plans to make two more.
